Ilana Green Art
Born and raised in Israel, Ilana and Eran Hovev live on their farm in a small village surrounded by orchards and vineyards in the mountains near the “City of Peace”, Jerusalem. Finding inspiration on their daily walks, they collect different types of Israeli wood from their surroundings. Their jewelry includes wood from Olive trees, Carob trees and Sabra cactus plants which are then encased in resin. These materials symbolize their connection to the Earth, Love and Peace.
Before they created their line of unique Israeli jewelry Eran and his family spread their knowledge and experience by building agricultural farms all over the world, especially in Africa. During Eran’s time in Ethiopia, he was confronted with homeless children affected by HIV and immediately opened an orphanage providing loving homes with families and a new chance at life.
